Frequently asked questions
Executive Coaching, as per the International Coach Federation (ICF,) is a professional partnership between a coach and an executive client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. She abides by the Code of Ethics of the ICF.
Heleen is 100% committed to your success and will provide the guidance, tools and strategies to support your growth and development. However, your commitment and active participation play a vital role in achieving your goals, as well as your dedication, effort and willingness to implement changes. The more engaged you are in the process, the more likely you are to see progress.

Gold and Platinum: There are 2 ways you can schedule your sessions in these packages. You can choose between 50-minute weekly sessions, or 90-minute bi-weekly sessions. This is the recommended pace, as growth and results are accomplished through consistency and momentum.
If something unforeseen comes up, or you find it difficult to keep up with the pace, please reach out to Heleen. There is always a solution.
